SemiBig redesigned Shape Magazine’s online presence over a 6-month period, resulting in a comprehensive site that incorporates personalized content, exercise & weight trackers, recipe finders, and fitness reports. The website is intended to be an online resource tool and application, as well as a content delivery mechanism. Each user has their own “personal dashboard” to track and summarize their progress and interests.

Stock Market Software

Having distributed a NIKKEI stock application for the last 4+ years, Simplex realized that it needed a complete overhaul. SemiBig redesigned the application's visual interface and functionality from the ground up. The 6 month project has resulted in a Java-based application that will be distributed to Japanese financial companies, as well as plans for a wider release in the near future.

St. George Spirits
Website Redesign (2008)

St. George Spirits has the distinction of being the first distiller to legally produce Absinthe in the United States since prohibition. In addition, they are the parent company of the critically-acclaimed Hangar One Vodka. Having not redesigned their website in 7+ years, they deserved a sophisticated online home for showcasing their brands. SemiBig executed a complete redesign and rebuild, resulting in a shiny new website and comprehensive Content Management System.

Print + Web Campaign

SemiBig designed a set of direct mail pieces and associated landing pages for a new eBay Stores initiative. The campaign consisted of two audience segments, urging sellers to take their businesses to the next level. The mini-posters outlined the easy steps involved to create a store in minutes. The web landing pages contained more information and allowed the prospects to sign up quickly and easily.

SemiBig created an online testing site for this U.S. company that recently expanded into China and India. Functioning equally as an online application as well as a website, the test qualifies technology workers and connects them with appropriate companies in their regions. The development of this project incorporated UI design, information architecture, photography, and art direction to ensure that each site was tailored to the specific country.

Art Direction + Brand Development

Working jointly with Level Studios and Floodlight Media, SemiBig drove the brand development and visual art direction for this new luxury brand. Starting approximately one year prior to product launch, the scope included a comprehensive photo/video shoot with Art Streiber, development of new brand elements, and design concepts for the future website. The final product launched in July of 2008 to critical acclaim.

SemiBig created an online presence and "look book" for TYLHO, a New York-based clothing label. Having established itself as an international menswear line, TYLHO needed assistance in rebranding themselves as it shifted solely to women's wear. A two-month development phase resulted in a product-driven website, intuitive content management system, and a new art direction that could be applied to both online and offline media in the future.
